We try to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, which is why we have some terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) that apply to your order. Please note that these Terms and Conditions apply to consumers. 2. Offer and Agreement
When you purchase an item online through STEVE ORIGINALS' webshop, you enter into an agreement with STEVE ORIGINALS. These Terms and Conditions apply to all your online orders and purchases.
We ensure that these Terms and Conditions are easily accessible at the time you place an order and at any time thereafter. You can read, re-read or download the then current and most recent version of the Terms from our website.
To avoid incorrect delivery after your order, please ensure that you provide us with the correct information and contact details. We will keep your information secure and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
An agreement resulting from an offer that contains an obvious error and/or mistake, such as an unusually low price, is not binding on STEVE ORIGINALS. Please contact STEVE ORIGINALS when in doubt about the validity of an offer.
3. Price and payment
EU: The price listed in the webshop is the total price including VAT. Delivery costs are listed separately, if applicable. US: The price listed in the checkout is the total price including Sales Tax & VAT based on the delivery address you entered. Delivery charges are listed separately, if applicable. GB: The price listed in the checkout is the total price including VAT. Delivery charges are listed separately, if applicable. Other countries: The price listed in the webshop is the total price ex-factory. Delivery charges are listed separately, if applicable. Any import taxes & fees will not be charged. In the checkout you will see an accurate estimate of local import taxes to be paid based on the receiving address you entered. As accurate as STEVE ORIGINALS is with this estimate, no rights can be derived from it.
If the delivery address is outside the European Union, additional taxes may apply. The country in question may charge additional duties, such as import taxes. STEVE ORIGINALS has no influence or control over such charges. Any import duties and taxes are solely your responsibility as a customer and may have to be paid at the time of delivery. These additional charges are at your own expense. You should check yourself whether the items ordered can be exported and imported to the country in question and what the costs are, before placing such an order.
You may pay for your order using any of the payment methods available in STEVE ORIGINALS' webshop.
STEVE ORIGINALS gift cards can only be used in the webshop.
4. Delivery
STEVE ORIGINALS strives to process and deliver YOUR order as smoothly and quickly as possible. We take great care to ensure that products are shipped correctly. In the unlikely event that you receive incomplete or damaged products, please let us know as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after receiving the products and we will take care of it.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address you provide and via your chosen delivery method. For delivery costs in your country, please see the FAQ section on our website and are also definitively displayed with your order in the checkout.
In the event that an incorrect address is provided, the cost of the lost product will be your responsibility as well as any additional costs for changing the receiving address or resending your order.
5. Quality, warranty & complaints
STEVE ORIGINALS strives to display the products on the website as completely and accurately as possible. Due to the nature of the products offered, differences (such as color differences) may occur between the representation of products on the website and the product delivered to you. Does the product turn out to be different than expected? Along with the 14-day cooling-off period, we offer you a 30-day return period. Would you like to try our products before ordering? Then stop by one of our authorized Steve Dealers.
The warranty period for the Steve Complete and Steve EasyON is 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty period for the Steve Glide Dolphin and Steve Glide Clipper is 6 months from the date of purchase. Activate your warranty here after purchase and in case of a warranty claim please fill out this form.
The products we offer are of course subject to wear and tear. The lifespan of a product also depends on the material of the product, the intensity of use and the degree of care. STEVE ORIGINALS products are made from the highest quality materials as listed in the web shop. STEVE ORIGINALS stands for quality in normal use. For optimal durability and quality, however, it is important to follow the instructions for use and any washing instructions. Should you nevertheless believe that there is something wrong with your product, please let us know your complaint (by phone, e-mail or post).
If you have discussed your complaint with us, but you would like to take your complaint to another body, you can contact the Dispute Commission via the European ODR Platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. STEVE ORIGINALS shall never be liable for damage to (therapeutic) elastic stockings caused by or during the use of a “STEVE ORIGINALS” donning and doffing device.
6. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to law, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to revoke your contract with STEVE ORIGINALS without giving reasons. STEVE ORIGINALS extends this period by a further 16 days, so you have 30 days after receipt of your goods to revoke your contract with STEVE ORIGINALS without giving reasons.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract via an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter by post, fax or e-mail). You can also easily use our customized returns portal or you can use the enclosed model withdrawal form / a completed model withdrawal form. It is also possible to partially withdraw from the contract. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your communication about exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return shipment for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
After canceling the contract, return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notification of your return, to STEVE ORIGINALS' address as indicated on the shipping label you receive via our customized returns portal or via email.
You may try on our products to the extent necessary to make a purchase, as you would in a real store. Please make sure that any tags and stickers are still on and attached and that the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged, washed, have labels/stickers removed or show other signs of wear and tear, STEVE ORIGINALS must deduct the depreciation from the total amount refunded to you. Only STEVE ORIGINALS has the right to determine the depreciation.
STEVE ORIGINALS will refund the amount paid including standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s). Any additional charges for another shipping method chosen with your order will not be refunded. For a partial cancellation, we will refund only the cost of the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to make the original payment.
If you choose a different, more expensive option for return than the standard shipping method used by STEVE ORIGINALS, this additional cost will not be refunded. See the Frequently Asked Questions section of our website for return costs by country.
7. Return Policy
We want you to have the best shopping experience with us, which is why we have a 30-day return policy. You can use our customized returns portal to register your return and we will take care of the shipping label. It is also possible to partially return the order.
Please return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notification and confirmation of your return, to STEVE ORIGINALS' address as listed on the shipping label you receive via our customized returns portal or via email.
You may try on our products to the extent necessary to make a purchase, as you would in a real store. Please make sure that any tags and stickers are still on and attached and that the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged, washed, have labels/stickers removed or show other signs of wear and tear, STEVE ORIGINALS must deduct the depreciation from the total amount refunded to you. The return policy does not apply to goods that are also excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as sealed goods that are not suitable for return shipment for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have not been sealed after delivery. STEVE ORIGINALS will refund the amount paid including standard shipping charges within 14 days of receipt of the returned product(s). Any additional charges for another shipping method chosen with your order will not be refunded. For a partial cancellation, we will refund only the cost of the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to make the original payment.

8. Intellectual Property
STEVE ORIGINALS owns all intellectual property rights relating to the brand, product and website, including all promotional materials such as videos and photography.
9. Changes
Changes to these Terms will be published on the website. You are advised to check these Terms when ordering from us. These Terms were last amended on August 30, 2024.
10. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions and the agreements between you and STEVE ORIGINALS are governed by Dutch law. In case of disputes, the District Court of Amsterdam shall decide, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer based on your country of residence.
